cleaning carpeted areas

Wanting to clean the carpeted areas of the Allante beyond the floor. I have a Bissell machine with the upholstery clearer attachment. Wondering, will this work for the door panels and rear cover areas ....is there a glue or something that would be ruined ?. I plan on removing the rear covers to avoid the speakers... ..
