1993 cadillac allante 118,000 miles
continual service engine message
symptoms:car would not maintain smooth idle at stop. Car would shut off. Car would "buck" while at stop
1) replaced lcd computer screen so i could read codes
2) because of codes showing failure of egr and tps, replaced both of those items
3) with new tps and continual code and service engine light showing, computer was replaced
4) eventually cleared codes including idle relean (code 80)
5) service engine light would not clear and code 22 , code 80 are back along with code 36 - egr failure even though egr was replaced
after replacement of all items, still get pcm code 22, code 80 and code 36 (egr)
idle is better, but still slightly erratic
car does not stall
car runs horrible//misfires, misses, no real power on acceleration, rpm goes up and down when gas peddle depressed to the floor
when entering pcm data section on computer, value is -12.5 and does not change when engine rpm is increased
what to do now?
