Aurora; my '88 Allante; has an occasional habit of flagging the engine control system failure light. The code refers to uneven running between cylinder pairs. I suspect one cylinder (maybe spark plug is failing) sometimes drops or some such.
It comes once in a while, typically if the car is idling while semi-warm and/or moist weather.
This normally clears itself quite soon, however I'll have to look into this at some point.
Current prob however is that this light will cause an MOT failure and I'm afraid that it'll pop up during the inspection.
Hence, I was wondering is there a fuse that controls this part of the main display I could disconnect for the test?
